What we collect
Account email, usage metrics (message counts, timestamps), and the text you submit in chat including pasted code. We do not require or ingest your raw datasets.
How we use it
To provide the service, enforce rate limits, improve reliability, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal data. We do not use your prompts to train models.
Subprocessors
We use cloud infrastructure and model providers under data processing agreements. A current list is available on request for Enterprise customers.
Your rights
You may export or delete your account data from the account settings page or by emailing hello@rcode.ai. EU/UK users have additional rights under GDPR.
